Dedicated to empowering clients to discover their vision and reach their financial goals.
Cathey L. Williamson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Williamson Financial Management Group (WFMG), a comprehensive financial services firm. Williamson has over 20 years of experience in wealth management and specializes in retirement planning, investments, financial planning for individuals and small businesses and financial education for all ages. Additionally, she serves her community with life and health insurance planning services.
Cathey began her financial investment career at a larger national firm. After many years of success, she felt there was something missing. She needed the freedom to truly engage with her clients, without being artificially driven by predetermined sales quotas. Her true purpose was not to be a product salesperson or to meet quota after quota. As a result of this realization, she founded Williamson Financial Management Group to implement her true passion -- to empower her clients to discover their vision and reach their goals through holistic financial planning.
Cathey believes our “work life” sets us up for what our true purpose is.
Everyone has a “thing”. The thing that drives you daily, that makes you happy, the one thing that you’re most passionate about. Maybe it’s the trip of a lifetime you’ve always wanted to take, or a new business you want to create. Cathey takes the time to listen to her clients, address their distinctive needs, and helps them to discover their Retirement Vision or true purpose.
“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act.” – Pablo Picasso
